- Your consultant will continue to maintain contact with you after the placement and have regular contact with the placed employee to ensure a long-term hire.
- Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. Our fee is payable upon receipt by the start date of employment. If paid upon start date, Alliance Enterprises will offer a full 60 day replacement guarantee. If the fee is not paid by the start date, the guarantee will be a thirty day replacement guarantee. This guarantee will be in effect if the employee terminates for any reason other than elimination of position, reorganization, takeover or significant change in the job description within the guarantee period.
