Don't wait until you are actively looking to build a relationship with a recruiter.  Alliance will ask for an updated copy of your resume in Word format to capture you skills in our database.  Before contacting a recruiter, consider your ideal opportunity and why you are wanting to make a change.  If it is just to get a raise, Alliance is not your solution.  There must be a fundamental reason you are looking to make a change.  If there isn't, you would highly consider receiving a counter offer and accept it.  This sends the wrong message to the recruiter, the hiring company and marketplace.

Once you provide the target, Alliance will keep you abreast of opportunities that match your skills, ideal opportunity and compensation expectations as they arise.

Our involvement doesn't end there.  We will coach you on the interview process to help you stand out amongst your peers.  We negotiate your salary and benefits package.  It is in our best interest to make sure you are fairly compensated.  Once we have all your questions answered and you are ready to move forward, we will then accept on your behalf and set a start date.

You are not alone.  It may be difficult to resign and you may consider a counter but don't.  Remember why you started your search in the first place.  We will stand by your side and prepare you for separation from your current employer through your start date.
